Picked up the car earlier today and I was surprised by some of the sloppy repair work. I was very happy with the customer service provided by the adjuster Ryan who went above and beyond for me. However upon pick up of the car I noticed some extra scratches which were not there when I dropped off the car. I pointed them out to Ryan and they were taken care of without a problem. After arriving at home however I noticed that some trim is missing from the passenger side door and the keyless entry no longer works on that side of the car as well. Paintwork for the passenger side view mirror was never corrected either. Otherwise everything went well, just surprised that no one looks over the car before declaring it ready for pickup.

Wayside runs a highly professional, top-notch shop. The staff are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The drop off, inspection and pickup went flawlessly. My car was completed very quickly, well before even the already reasonable promised date. The repair looks great, indistinguishable from new in the showroom. Wayside, working together with GEICO Ins. co. and Enterprise Car Rental, took the hassle out of my car being hit while parked. They made what is generally a universally annoying experience into something positive and fun for my kids and I!

I was very please with everybody's professionalism. I was particularly please with the GEICO and Enterprise representatives that I met Sunday when I brought my car in. In addition the repair services was quick and efficient! I'm so glad I got my car back! Thank you for everything!

I was surprised that the pick up didn't include a physical inspection together, a review of the work done. That would have been awesome. Overall the service was great and I'd recommend you to others.

I didn't think the body work was as good as it could be. The exterior was painted and blended in great but little things like the inside edges and what was not visible was clearly done sloppy. My driver side tail light was also chipped it also is not completely flush with the fender, so much so that you can see the electrical components behind it. The rear bumper guard wasn't completely flush with the rest of the body, and the front bumper was misaligned with the fender. All in all I can't say I was completely satisfied but since I was told the car would be ready in Friday and was then told that it "might" be ready the next day, I did not want to take the risk of leaving it at the autobodyand waste even more time.
