Arrived on appointed time Sun 0830 and the Wayside crew was waiting to assist with repairs to my 2009 Acura MDX (white). I enjoyed the short chat with Chris Benson, owner of Wayside Auto Body. The repair was excellent in short time it took for his crew to complete the job. I drove away 100% satisfied with quality of work on Wed 0930.

After the car work was paid for, we went over the work and the car had to be taken back in to do all and i mean all the workh over. The car was given back in horrible condition, the bumper corner had bubbles of paint and was chipped, the inside of the bumper was chipped and was not laid aligned correctly and the paint was not done right, the tail light was not put in correctly it was sticking out more than it should, and added scratched were put on top of the trunk so now they have to either try and buff them out or repaint that area due to their negligence so my experience was not good at all as a matter of a fact it was a disgusting and worst part is i checked my own car and found the mistakes they were allowing me to drive off with a car that was not done correctly so that makes it even worse obviously nobody checked the car after it was done and work is that did the car knew what they did and they were allowing me to drive off like that and I paid 1000 deductible so now I am back in a rented car so my car can get redone it was just a horrible experience

Damaged inner driver's side front door panel and overspray on my front bumper on the driver's side. Extremely disappointed since I've taken my car here before and have recommended all of my friends. I was told that applying glue to my front door panel was best since the entire panel would have to be replaced. My door panel was fine before the accident

Found a dent on the side of my car door that was never there and my interior was filthy ranging from the front seats to the back and my whole car smelled like cigarette smoke.

Faster turn-around time than I expected. Text messages kept me informed. Addressed concerns immediately. One piece belonging on bumper was not there, but it was immediately found.Will have to go back, though, to have a another part installed that was missing. This is real minor. I was told this will take less than five minutes. My only suggestion is that someone should double check to make sure everything was in order. I was glad to get the car back and don't mind going back to get the missing part.
