I was called, emailed and texted that the car was ready for pickup. I assumed it met your quality test to hand off to the customer. Upon arriving I immediately saw the color differences. Luckily CHris the owner was standing there and said he agreed. I appreciated his attention to detail. He explained everything about the paint. And said they would fix. I look forward to picking it up in a few days.

It is a $10000 repair job but wayside could have shown a little coutesy of touching up little paint on a scratch and have the car fully cleanrd up inside out before delivery. Also it took them 27 days instead of 20 days initial estimate. There were very little communication in the intervening period.

When I picked up my car the glass was chipped. I was terribly inconvenienced because I had already returned the rental. They said the saw the glass chip but did not bother to call me to ask me about it before I picked up the car. Now they are telling me that I have to file a glass claim when they chipped my glass. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had as a GEICO customer for over 20 years.

Wayside personnel was professional and couteous. We were kept informed all along the way on the progress of the repairs. Not only did they complete the work on time but were dine 3 days ahead of their estimated completion date. I've been coming Wayside for years and I have never been disappointed.
