A1 is definitely A ONE in my book. From the front desk to management, they kept me updated almost daily, assuring that I was completely satisfied. I've been there before and their work is excellent. The young lady at the front desk (very sorry I forgot your name) always sincerely asked how I was feeling after my accident. I've been in Boca a long time, but at A1 I am treated as family. Other business people in Boca should take a page out of A1's playbook... Keep up the good work. And Nick is a servant-leader committed to his staff and customers with humility and integrity. I highly recommend A1 to everybody!

Great service and staff! I was very impressed by the way my vehicle turned out. Price was about average based on the other estimates I got for similar work. Overall, I was very happy to receive my car back and I would definitely recommend A1 to all my friends and family.

I was very impressed from the beginning getting a call from jessica and telling me to bring the car in before i called her! I loved the text messages about the status of my car instead of calling and being put on hold all the time, that was awesome. The only part i was disappointed about was that i brought my car in on a monday and i was told the car would be ready by the end of the following week which made me upset so my husband went down to speak with the owner but then he promised by monday and was willing to even pay for my car rental for the weekend and he was true to his word! My car was ready by monday! So i give you an A+, and i will definitely recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you for great customer service and a great job! The smoothest car repair i have ever had! Thank you Jessica and thank you to the whole team!

The repair was flawless & completed quickly. I really appreciated the calls from Jessica & the text messages keeping me informed on the repair status. Really liked the cleaning both inside & out when I picked up the car. There are several body shops much closer to where I live but I'll travel the extra miles when needed to use A-****.

Work was excellent. A little confusion about completion time; received a text that said car would be ready by 5 pm Friday, then an hour or so later got a call saying Monday or Tuesday. Then a text the next day saying Friday again. Otherwise, very happy.
