You have great customer service. From the moment I stop by to drop my car off I was made at ease with ever employee I encountered. Your employees are a case study for great customer service. If I ever need work on any car I own I will bring it to your company. I will let my friends and family know of services and encourage them to bring their automobile to you. My car was ransacked. My sons wallet was stollen with 50 bucks in it. They left his ID in the car after taking the wallet. It was taken from the arm rest in the back seat. The damage was only to the front bumper no reason to get in the back. I had to lock my checking account as well as I found my check book out of place in the front arm rest. Items from the car were in the trunk and everything in the glove box was gone through. I am horrified that such action was allowed. If you have cameras in your work areas I want the tapes reviewed and find out who did this. I expect money back for the stolen cash and any fees I have to pay to close and reopen my checking.
