Multiple delays. Car not clean, multiple issues regarding rental that the dealership said they’d coordinate and didn’t, poor repair quality on some parts

Excellent customer service which made the process easy and enjoyable. I will definitely use your service and or recommend you for friends and family. Only one slight about the car rental. Geico rep did not get to back to me to tell me about the rental and my charges for the 2 days I had the car. The shop experience is amazing. Thanks

Paint looks bad due to not wet sanding. Way too much orange peal. Does not match factory paint. Trim piece left on passengers floorboard. Outside temperature readout in car not functional. Probably not re-attached. Foam insulation hanging out from driver front quarter panel. Door rubs it when opening. Heard good things about Ferman but am very disappointed so far. Have scheduled another appointment to fix.
