We noticed that the driver’s side window needed to be replaced as part of the repairs as a result of the accident, however, this was not done by the collision team. Secondly, the interior of my brand-new car was completely dirty and the brand-new seats appear to have been obviously soiled as were each of the glove compartments and areas for storage within the vehicle. I appreciate that they were able to return the car to me in 3 days but I feel that these things should have been done (the window replaced and the areas of the car that they made dirty to have been cleaned).

While I appreciate the great customer service, and quick turnaround getting my car back.. I noticed my car does not accelerate as quickly as before, my horn sounds different, and there was a large piece of blue tape left on the frame. I would still recommend Ferman to others, as well as give them
my service again.
