The coolant reservoir was noted by the ins adjuster as needing to be replaced. Ot was moted on the documentation upon vehicle pick-up but was not replaced as it was actually still broken. It was only after several times that i stated it was NOT replaced did the guy doing tge walkthrough with me agree it wasn't replaced and had it replaced with a used one.
Makes me wonder what other items were noted as being replaced and charged but may not have actually been replaced?

Just didn’t keep me informed enough. I had to call twice on the day if was supposed to be ready so I would know if I could pick it up before they closed for the day. I was finally told I could pick it up after 4:30PM but they close at 6 PM. So I had to rush to get there.

Area around pasanger side headlamp has a gap between the lamp and the part that was repared and is quite evident and uneven when compared to the one on the driver side
