I left my car for a bumper repair and got my car back with scratches all over my hood. I keep my car in a garage and keep my car from any scratches. They buffed the car and you can still see some scratches. I am very upset. I will make sure to call geico with my complaint.

the left front door and left rear door were changed out on the car when I got the car back the doors will not unlock automatically, and today on the left rear seat wear the clothes hook goals on the ceiling my daughter noticed it was missing

Where do I begin. The level of customer service I received was unacceptable. I had to constantly call and check on the status of my vehicle repairs. The contact person Robert never called to bring me up to date on my car repairs. I was advised my car would be ready within a week. My car was not ready for over 2 weeks and the date kept changing when my car would be ready. I am sorry I did receive 3 texts at the beginning of the repairs. 11/5, 11/7 and 11/10. I was called on 11/21 to advise my vehicle was ready for pick up. If this is Fermans way of making a customer feel good about the work and level of service being performed I feel your company has missed the mark. As I mentioned I called several times for the status only to be advised by a receptionist that Robert was not available or he had them provide me a bogus date that my car would be ready only to have that not be the case. I asked for return calls from Robert only to never receive a call back. I think you all should take the time to retrain your employees on customer service. It is fair to say that I will never recommend your collision center.
