Well... although, they did a good job at repairs. I'm not sure that I'd recommend this dealership for a new car purchase.
That's an entirely different story; and their service is not what it needs to be.

From the time I notified geigo until the repairs were finished .. The whole process went seamlessly. I was very impressed . The technician had me inspect the repairs and she noted a little spray paint on the bumper . Promptly running back indoors to get supplies to remedy the situation. I commend her for her enthusiastic nature and willingness to make sure I was satisfied whilst shaking my hand. A. Also the rental waiting for me. Highly recommend ferman????????

The initial contact person was not as friendly as I would expect, and even less friendly when delivering our vehicle post repair! Do not know if she has a "problem" dealing with seniors, or if she had some type of personal emotional turmoil in her life, however, she did not smile or present as either cheerful or happy to have me/us as customer. I think she was polite and well mannered without a friendly personality! I suggest she be trained as to how to at least try to
and project a happier friendlier and more positive type of image to customers she meets and greets at Ferman! Thank you for asking! Hope my suggestion will

I need to call during business hours. Since the repair there is a sound of rushing wind coming from the drivers side, like something is letting air in by the windshield. The experience overall was very swift and pleasant, but I do need to take it back for this issue.
