Very professional very efficient very impressed

I was promised a date for my repair. I received text messages on the status of my car every day stateing that everything was on time for my repair. The day that my car was due to be finished I called to make sure that I could come pick up the car, whoever answered the phone informed me, for the first time, that my car wasn't ready. He also said that the car wouldn't be ready till Friday, I was supposed to get it on a Wednesday. I asked why it wasn't ready and why I wasn't informed of this, his reply was that there was an issue ordering a part and that I wasn't informed of it because they still try to work with the delays and have the car ready in time. So my husband called and he got transferred between a dozen different people before someone told him that they had all the parts but the person who could instal them wasn't able to in time. So with two different stories I called my insurance and they call ferman. And they told my insurance that the car just needed painted and it would be ready on Friday. The car was done on Friday and i picked it up on Saturday. My husband has noticed that apart of the panel along on the back door isn't lined up correctly. This has been a horrible experience and I will never use ferman collition again. I have already told all of my friends and family never to use them or to even buy cars from them. Unless you want horrible customer service and mediocre repair work. I've never written a review for any place in my life, and this may sound like nothing but because of ferman I had to spend an extra 300 dollars, that i didnt have,on a rental for those extra days. This was just a terrible experience, and I would really appreciate it if nobody would call me from this horrible place. I really don't feel like being lied to again.

The cohesiveness of three companies working together was impressive. We got there with the car and all reps were there to fulfill their task and so we were "in and out " quickly. Great job. And the car looked good. Thanks.

Issue was: I was told my car could not be ready by my requested date which meant I would have to get a rental for one day. Then I get a call the day before saying it's ready for pick up. Good thing I didn't get the rental yet.
