Outstanding TOP NOTCH service from the Front Desk to every person I encountered along the way. Your partnership with Geico & Enterprise made a horrible accident experience less daunting and & frustrating because of the combined EXCELLENT Customer Service! However, I would be remiss if I didn't commit on the unfair treatment of putting me in the jazzy black 2016 Impala rental which I COULDNT keep them to have go back to my repaired 2006 Honda Odyssey Van. :-/ VERY GRATEFUL it's fixed but come onnnn! I need my Collission Alerts back and my reverse sliding screen with the hidden USB port!!!:-) Thank you FERMAN COLLISION TEAM!!
