I am driving a car that my mother owns and I alerted the insurance company during the interview. When I picked up the rental car and dropped off my car I corrected them and I was told that they would call me (the person driving the car) when it was repaired. I received text messages about the status of the car, but never a call. I had to call and inquire about my car and they told me it had been repaired for two days and they called my mom and left a voice message. Upon talking to my mother I found out that there was never a voice message left. I had to track down my car and if it was completed. I have had body work done on my car before and there was absolutely no issue even though the same circumstances applied. There seemed to be a massive lack of communication between employees, because no one knew anything about what was going on, and apparently did not have notes for quick reference which made a stressful time even more stressful. They did cover the rental car for the additional days I used it because of the lack of communication.

Car was not clean . over spray on hood and trunk area . a razor blade was left to rust on the roof leaving a stain .clear plastic paint protector was painted over . trunk was full of sanding dust took 2hrs to clean out .

I have had to tell what happened so many times that I just am not going to write it out now. I apologize but I am appalled at the way things turned out bc when I dropped it off I felt so foolish bc I almost switched to Geico bc the customer service and even extra requests (that I wa paying for out of pocket) turned out to be nothing but the exact opposite from what I was told and and expected. But lesson learned. Thank for doing the repair.
