Everything was perfect

Repairs were all done well and on time. Even when I came back with a small rattle in the repair area, one of the workers took my car and investigated the problem. Even though the rattle did not directly have to do with the repair, he saw the problem and fixed it by tightening a few screws! I'm sure somewhere else they would have said that is not there fault and not have fixed it. Now the car is nice and rattle free again. Thank you very much. Another outstanding thing was the clean up that you did after working on the car. I try to keep the car looking well and expected it to come back dirty. What a nice surprise to so and now know you have a detail shop that details the car before giving it back to the customer. It was a first for me. Then at the end when Mr. Giddens (Andrew) checked me out he was beyond outstanding. He not only showed and explained everything that had been done, but he took it apon himself to do some additional detailing of the car where the detail shop had missed. He is the right man for that job. Not only very friendly, kind and attentive - but I would look forward to seeing all your people up to his standards. Maybe a good candidate for management when a position opens up or you expand. I have many people working for me and he has the qualities needed. Once again thank you very much, Jim Dr. James F
