Someone driving my truck left their open, used bottle of water in my console cup holder. They also had turned my radio volume almost all the to max volume. The truck had white sanding dust all over the exterior and within the front and rear driver side door jam area. Very unprofessional!!!!!

Some confusion when I picked up the car the receptionist couldn't find rep n they thought rep was on lot but didn't have a phone for the rep so they couldn't call them n then receptionist discovered the rep was in their office all the time then they were told wrong name so they had wrong keys n wrong car n then when they found out my name I finally got my car other than that mix up -- it was all good!!!!

Geico reps were realllly nice.
Made a difference in the experience.

You all did a fine job the only issue is that I didn't receive a call telling me that the car was ready for pickup. I did not receive a text either I found out from the car rental place. But it all worked out fine anyway. Good job
