Service exceeded expectations. All staff members were informative and very friendly. I was kept updated throughout the process. My timeframe was realistic yet Ferman delivered ahead of schedule. Very pleased and impressed with the professionalism. While I'm hoping to prevent another visit to the collision center, I will entrust the Ferman name with all future car buying and repair needs.

The Best Everything. Professional, friendly and very fast service.
Car looks almost brand new. GEICO made a great decision in partnering with Ferman Collision.
Nice to meet people who treat customers the same way they would service their own family member.
Had car buffed,too. Was told by another dealership car would need to be repainted. Buffing took off all the fingerprints, oxidation and snuff marks. Many thanks.

I got into a small fender-bender and had to get my bumper fixed. It is just a little scratch, but I wanted to make sure that it went to a trusted place. Both of us had Geico which made the process even easier. There was a rental car waiting for me and everybody at Ferman was very helpful and friendly. I received texts to keep me informed of what was being done to the car which was helpful while I was so busy throughout the day. When I picked up the car I was happy with the job that was done and again everybody was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Ferman for car repair!

Repair was done quickly and of good quality. Ferman did an excellent job and staff was super friendly!my only complaint is my rental car from enterprise on site smelled horrible (like cigarettes and wet dog) to the point that I drove with windows down and still felt like my clothes smelled after riding in it.
