The staff was very personable. The repair process was explained to me. I’m was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs. I was invited to inspect the repair before l sign off on the completion. I was very satisfied and intend to returned to have further repairs done on the car. I would definitely recommend this company.

It took WAY too long, but I realize it was the foreign parts shipment that took forever so I couldn't blame G&B. It was challenging running my business over that time without my car. When I picked up my car a steering wheel shifter hadn't been put back on, but no real harm done. My car is operational, looks great & that's all that matters.

I would say to double check that the vehicle is in good operating order before handing the keys back to the customer. I did appreciate the quick handling of fixing the problem on my vehicle. I'm happy with the repairs done.
