Love that the work was done and all concerns asdresses. car was given back in very clean condition which was also impressive and appreciated. so far very satisified.

Upon inspecting the vehicle, I noticed the top edge of the hood is either bent or way to much paint pooled up. The front edge of the same area was not painted or the paint was rubbed off. The inside of the hood which had the damage was not painted so eventually it will begin to rust, down to metal in some areas. The bottom edge of the front bumper, was scuffed up, why would it be scuffed up if the part was new? The car is low, but at least let me be the one putting the scratches on it. I already spoke to the geico agent and I am scheduled to meet him at the shop around 9am. Two plus weeks without the car and now probably another couple of days in a rental again! The shops reputation is excellent, so it is hard to understand why they were satisfied with the work that was done. My wife is a Middletown school teacher and about to get her last check until September the 500 deductible was not a planned expense.

Car was ready 8 days after they said it would be done. Then said it would be ready Wednesday but then not ready till Tuesday. And car was returned to us with the broken windshield not replaced.

VERY professional operation throughout the process. Excellent repair done when promised. Highly recommend.
