I was not updated to the progress until the repair was complete. I had to call for updates. I also asked for a quote to repair another area that was not related to me. The work that was performed seems to be very good. Time will tell when I can see it on a day that is not as cloudy.

I'm absolutely disappointed in my repair. My car came back with a 2nd noise it didn't have before I took it there. Brain **** in the body shop was very rude after I tried to address the issue. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and will never recommend Ben Mynatt to any one.

The reason I'm not satisfied is: when I left my car at the dealership my gas tank was full and when I got it back it was on 3/4 tank. There was no reason for that amount of gas to be missing.

I have never been satisfied with car repair. From filing the minute I walked in the door I was nothing but pleased with the staff. I walked in drop my keys and left. On luck up I walked in got the keys and left. My car looks great. When there was no damage on the inside the inside was spotless when I picked it up. I will recommend your service to everyone I know.
