They went out of their way to make sure I had a loaner car and explained how to use lights & wipers. The work was completed when promised and they even stayed late so I could pick up my car that day

My experience was wonderful. It was impossibly convenient. Customer service was a personal concierge from the moment I walked in to the end. I had some unique requests regarding the technique for my repair. I was given patient, thorough consideration and attention, for the evaluation and estimate process. My specific needs were negotiated honestly, easily. And surpassed my expectations, after I attempted the same process for estimates from 3 other well known collision repair providers in the area. I feel so fortunate to have been referred here. I literally saved thousands $$. And avoided a bunch of other insurance issues. The job was finished 2 days earlier than originally expected. I was given a loaner vehicle, with no charge or inconvenience whatsoever. I received progress updates via text message throughout. Then my vehicle was returned to me perfectly repaired, guaranteed, meticulously detailed and smelled like coconut or some tropical retreat! I'm considering wrecking another vehicle just to repeat the experience. Thanx for everything Auto Collision!

Maybe order car parts sooner if you know that you are going to use. This would determine if there were backorders and this would decrease wait time. Otherwise, 100 percent satisfied
