Kind of a perfect situation. First and foremost, Rachel was great throughout the entire process. She made a mistake in the initial estimate , which resulted in a piece of the mirror needing to be painted. This resulted in an additional $86 charge and me coming back for a third time (first estimate, second installation, third to put on the painted piece). This was frustrating, but understandable. However, I only found out that the aftermarket mirror I got was a different shade of black than the original (matte vs black). This was frustrating because I rely on the shop’s expertise in these situations. My alternatives (after the fact mind you) we’re for you to paint the new mirror for $50, I could buy a second aftermarket one for $200 or buy an OEM from Nissan for $600+. In hindsight, I would have filed an insurance claim, paid my $500 deductible and let a Nissan dealership take care of it. Now I have mismatching mirrors unless I want to pay even more. Otherwise, the process was relatively smooth. Rachel owned up to her mistake on the estimate and really was great to work with. Thanks!

The work that needed to be done on my vehicle was huge and took over a month to complete. I really appreciated the constant updates on the progress. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Some of the work needed to be redone, but in the end, I am satisfied.
