In the process of delivering very efficient service your staff was courteous, friendly and available for questions and explanations. The repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time, during which I was kept abreast of the progress. The repairs appear to be excellently accomplished. I will have no problem recommending your facility.

The work was very well done and the car looks great. The customer service was very good with Steve. The only minor inconvenience was that the whole week we thought it would be done on July 8th, and didn't find out til that morning that it would be the 11th. However, it was rectified by Steve who rented is a nice loaner for the weekend and waived the deductible, also went above expectations and cleaned and vacuumed my care completely.

They were professional and courteous and efficient. Kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle. The building was clean. They took care of the rental and streamlined the entire process.
