I really appreciated the personal touch of having telephone calls and text messages letting me know how things were going. The desk personnel that handled my case were exceptional. I would like to give special recognition to Allie, the person who estimated my repairs, prepared my bill and expedited my repairs with professionalism and courtesy. She was quick to understand that as a cash customer, not using insurance, I needed a special price and she got it for me. It was an extra benefit to have a courtesy vehicle to drive for 2 days.
