I liked the text updates and the phone calls. I did laugh when messages were left for**** instead of Denise ;). I think the communication was excellent. So far it appears the craftsmanship is good. My daughter is the only one who has driven it. I will soon and hope that there aren't any little rattles as the outside looks good. One point of concern is the hood latch. When we popped the hood to check out the repairs and then closed it the hood did NOT stay latched and popped up. We will try it some more and if it continues we will bring it back in. Thanks for getting the repairs completed a day early!
