The service was great and the car looks perfect. I had a scuff on the back of the car unrelated to the accident. I waited to see if it would be offered to be repaired. I would have gladly paid for the work to be done. I didn't want it for free. Anyway it's not a big deal. Just in the future you could offer the customer the option tho have existing issues fixed. I own my company and customer service and going the extra mile is especially important to me. Thanks for having the car ready ahead of schedule! Have a great and safe New year.

It seems that the trunk is not locking automatically when it is closed, it has to be slammed shut. It used to require just a gentle push and you would be able to hear it locking.
