My driver's seat cover was broken. I pointed it out when I picked it up and was told that a replacement would be ordered, but the seat was all the way back to hide it (that was not appreciated at all, that was to hide it.) I had a new carpet put down, because of a massive milk spill. The carpet is actually damaged under the passenger side floor mat. (There are small slices in the carpet) If I had no out of pocket expenses and was happy with the way I received my vehicle, I wouldn't mention it, since it's under the floor mat, but it's supposed to be new and it is damaged. They didn't even vacuum it. It's filthy! We had snow while my vehicle was there, but I kept questioning myself whether the carpet was new, because it was so dirty. Where they were supposed to clean they didn't, it's painfully obvious. The baking soda that I put down is still there. The staff at the front desk was extremely courteous and professional. The work done was not what I expected and I'm not happy. I have recommended A&C in the past and Geico. I'm not happy at all and regret those recommendations. I'm waiting for the call back for the seat cover that was broken. I plan on pointing out what wasn't cleaned and I'm extremely pissed that I have to go back and spend today cleaning the interior of my truck. Complete failure on a very easy fix. Again, the staff at the front desk get no complaints from me, all of them seem to work as a great team and are awesome. My problem is with the crap work that was done. Not impressed at all. I still smell rotten milk and that's most likely because nothing was cleaned where it spilled. Not impressed at all.

The entire experience was superb, seamless. From arrival/drop off vehicle to completion of job. Very friendly staff, and ready to assist. Waiting time was minimal.
