They are not careful, because when I went to remove my car was scratched and they did not notice, but my car in that part where it is scratched has a bit undid the can as I regret not fixing when I remove the car, but if I say they are not As professional as they say.

The woman Danielle who works at the front desk helping customers and answering the phone was extremely rude. Her tone of voice and body language shouldn't be tolerated. She really was out of line on every level. Other than that all others at the repair shop were extremely professional and curteous.

They kept me up to date with everything pertaining to my car. They explained all information given to me. Very professional and friendly. Couldn't run a better shop. Just super great and they could of gotten me to buy another car. That's how nice they were. Excellent. Wouldn't change a thing. This is how you run a business. One more thing. I was about to pull my car out and one of the workers was walking down the street just coming in and said do I need him to pull my car out. Man talking about feeling special. Nice job.
