Their organization was superior! From the speed of giving us a damage estimate, to the ease of setting up the rental car, to the text updates on the repair progress.
The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the insurance process and worked with us and the agent the entire time.

Everything went so smoothly and I was kept up to date with emails daily...which I really liked. You guys were all very friendly and wonderful to work with. My car looked amazing inside and outside when I picked it up...I was so excited and pleased when I got in and seen how clean my car was after seeing the outside looked perfect as well. Thank you all so much!! I hope to not be back but should something happen I will most definitely be back to your shop!!

With not being from this area and going by the recommendations of our tow truck company, my car looks great! My husband and I looked it over "with a fine tooth comb" and the team at Superior Auto Body did a fantastic job. David and his team were very professional, extremely nice and wonderful to work with. I would receive e-mail updates as to the progress of the car. The repairs were even done early! And a bonus, they even cleaned the entire inside of my car!
