Gieco misrepresented the turn around time and enterprise rental caused me to possible lose a business opportunity thru their lack of communication. The inhouse Gieco person disrespected my personal space in attempting to make an already bad situation h3 mad it worse by being overbearing and he also never returned a previous email that I sent inquiring about my vehicle. For me the so-called express service was a disaster. I will never use it again. The promise by the Gieco ****-800 call taker explanation of the express service is misleading. 2 days no 5 is more accurate. My body shop gave me an estimate $400 cheaper for the Same work. I am Sorry I paid for my policy.with Gieco in full. It will not hapen again. 12 years with them and to get treated like I was is an unacceptable business decision on my part that will not happen again. Let you ****-800 person read this Gieco.

I spoke to Robin about the tire cleaner leaving water stains on the side plastic rims of my car. She advised me to come back in and have it looked at if the stains do not go away. And I will. Also, I noticed tonight that the suction cups to the window shade for my son are cracked (3 of them) so the shade will no longer hang on the window. I did not think to remove it before leaving the car for repairs. It was on the same side where work was done. They were not broken and cracked before dropping the car off, leaving it useless. The shade was just put on the backseat. I assume because it no longer would suction to the window. That's disappointing.

Martin office workers are the best! The door looks fine. You must have fixed rather than replaced the door for the stripes are exactly the same. Enterprise is another story. I was unfamiliar with a keyless car and wasn't told enough--little things, like, "You need your foot on the brake when you press Start." "Keep the motor do that you can see that you've set the brake." "The back windshield wiper is at the end if the wiper lever." Go over lights. The young man was personable but I was unprepared to drive an SUV when a regular car would have been better. Notice the miles--home, to the grocery store, to the doctor's office, back to Ivy Rock Road. When I returned the car, I forgot to take out my iPhone charging cord. I called as soon as I realized I'd left it, within a half hour. "They cleaned your car and it wasn't there." My in house charger was probably on the seat. I just got back from Verizon where I spent over $40 to replace them. lppattersonLlppatter
