Team was very helpful, especially Robin, who helped me with a problem with the rental car from Enterprise that wouldn’t start while doing errands on my way to pick up my car at Martin Collision. I had to sit in the rental for two hours, waiting for a tow truck, counting down the hours to Martin’s closing time! I finally called my husband for a ride to Martin, where Robin took over, made some calls, and arranged for me to leave the key fobs at Martin so I would not have to return to the rental car to await further a tow truck. My car looks great and I am happy with the repair. Job.
