Rick, Tyler and the Team made me feel like I was part of the family. They took great care of me by explaining the process and expected outcomes. When I picked up my Honda Pilot, which is a non-traditional color "Green Flecked", the car looked Brand New. The color matched perfectly and they performed all repairs in one week. My vehicle had to be towed to the facility because it was almost out of gas (range was 8 miles to empty) and could not be filled due to damage to the tank valve. When I came to pick up my vehicle it was basically out of gas (one mile to empty). I commented about it to the receptionist and was told that there was a gas station less than a mile away and that they didn't notice that my vehicle was out of gas. Extremely frustrating to not have this detail attended to. I didn't expect the tank to have been filled but it would have been appreciated to not have to limp from the repair facility to a gas station. Details make a big difference in service.

I was very pleased with the work and overall process at custom paint and collision on the repair of my car. Customer service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful especially Savanna who received my car in and even to Rick the owner, who gave me exceptional attention.
