Outstanding experience. From start to finish. Friendly and clear communications done before, during, and after repairs. No surprises. The repair gents gave me the five star treatment and my Mercedes looks better than ever now. The loaner car and shuttle was also a very appreciated service. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome and I recommend Island Fender to others. The people there convey real heart and Aloha!
