Explanation of everything going on was outstanding. The job looked wonderful & thrilled how they polished it up and cleaned. I think that's super important,even though you're only responsible for the outside. I appreciate all the respect you gave me & my car! Insurance carriers are another story... so definitely keep up the great work.

I loved that Island fender contacts the rental car company to arrange for pickup and dropoff. I also loved that I was constantly updated on my status. My car was completed beautifully. The mechanics even fixed scratches on my hood that weren't in the original order. Additionally, my car was detailed. Everyone was very nice and courteous. This place is highly professional and even gives you a guarantee for the lifetime of the car for the repairs that they do. Everyone should take their car to Island fender!
