I was surprised and very happy that I received my car much earlier than I expected. I brought it in at 9 am on Friday and was told by the GEICO rep that I would have it on Tuesday. Brian Kim (who is great) called me after 5pm on Friday to tell me my car was ready. It looks great. Thank you for

When I got my car back, it had a new ding in the door, and someone removed an audio connection cord from the console. When I called to ask about it, a grumpy service guy told me they don't ding doors and they don't take things from cars. I've driven Nissans for a long time, and always had all of my service done at Nissan dealers. I'm new to this area, and I probably will find another Nissan dealer to do all of my work.

The bodyshop repairs were extremely expensive and did not cover the entire area that was damaged. Tje fender is loose and the new sensor that I paid for and was installed does not work! In sum, I am totally confused.

She gives personalized attention, is responsive to questions and requests, and keeps me informed about the status of the repair. Stan helped me when it was time to pick up my car, and he is wonderful, too, with his helpfulness and personable manner. Everyone in the shop is always cordial and helpful. It's always a great experience.

One very small issue -- the lanewatch camera was disabled in the repair process and I have to take it to the honda dealer to get that fixed. Not at all a big deal but should ideally have been caught.
