At first when the car was given back to me after the repair, the paint on the rear bumper was not smooth and shinny. After inspection by the GEICO rep. and you repair person, it was taken back and finished to my satisfaction. I appreciated the extra effort without having to haggle over it.

Nice job. Good body work. Excellent communication during the work. The only improvement I can recommend, and this is minor, is that when your guys wash a vehicle before delivering it back to the bodywork customer, make sure you wash the entire vehicle and not just the area that was worked on.

The service was the worst I have ever exoerienced. Communication was horrific. - you kept our car for a relatively modest repair for over three weeks. No one took responsibility for making decisions or communications. Given my exoerience I would not recommend purchasing a car from the dealer. Your low ratings are well deserved so this cannot be news. I regret purchasing from you and wil go elsewhere for any future service. And most likely would never purchase the brand again.
