My car was not completed on the date promised and IT WAS DAMAGED IN THE SHOP WHILE BEING REPAIRED!
THE REAR BUMPER WAS DAMAGED WHILE AT PROBODY. Now it has to be replaced! Which means another trip back and wasted time!
CARLOS the person handling my car Promised me that he would Order a New bumper and that it would ne painted and installed in January at NO COST TO ME. 2016 Toyota Tacoma RED.

The body work took forever to complete the quoted time of completion took way longer than was mention the first time. My car was in the shop for over a month. I felt as if every week my car was in paint and the managers where never available when asked if I could speak to them.

Took much longer than the time I was told to have car repaired. Was told I would get an update daily on progress which was not done. Called countless times and could not get an accurate date as to when I could expect car back. Receptionists were uninformed, unhelpful, and rude. When I arrived I had to wait more than I was told, to get my car. It was not until I inquired about the car a second time that I was finally given the attention I deserved. Asked to speak to manager and waited 10 minutes and he did not show up. Decided to leave and was told he would call me. He did not. So I called him after realizing I had no washer fluid, low tire pressur and the interior of the car was left dirty. The manager conceded that I should have received the car in the condition in which I left it (i.e., with normal tire pressure, and washer fluid). Manager's attention was distracted and not undivided. Received a half apology for the lack of washer fluid. To say that I am grossly dissatisfied with the level of service is a true understatement and I intend to report my dissatisfaction to others.

Lack of Customer service. People are not helpfull with your problems. Tells you the wrong information. Additionally they are not prepared to answer any questions. Horrible place to go to fix car in addition i would never recommend this place to anyone.

Car's front bumper scratch was painted over and not fixed. After 29 days in the shop the car is returned improperly fixed. Also very rude female receptionist when I called to know if my car was ready. Must be a known issue since the people in the front desk where discussing of a rude female coworker. No representative from your office or Geico came out to revise the car with me and explain the work done. Just given the keys and told to "look at it". I have already reported to Geico the issues and are waiting for the adjuster to call me. Completely dissatisfied with the service and work performed by your shop.

Estimate was repair within three days. Actual nine days. Understood that last task was Polish and wash. Car returned just as filthy as when it was handed over. Difficult to judge quality of work through dust. Did enjoy the periodic e mail status reports and the whit of the sender. Wish rest of staff were more customer oriented. When the car was divered no one from your shop or Geico was there to answer whatever questions I had. Similar no one inspected the returned rental which I had for nine
