After keeping my vehicle for 50 days, the car was delivered with the passenger door handle missing. Almost one week has passed and the new handle has not been installed. The adjuster is always busy and does not seem to have the time to take care of the issue.

It took 47 days to get my car back. I understand that there will always be complications with repairs but the communication was poor and I had to be in constant contact to hear what the problems were with my car

I was called yesterday to tell me my car was ready at 3:30 pm. Even though I have repeatedly asked, I was told last moment that I needed to go pick up the car. When I called "Jenny" told me there was no manager and that the owner was not available. What a horrible experience - from beginning (nothing ready, no one knowledgeable) to end (last moment calls that no one could help with).

It took longer then expected, when it was ready to pick up, I wait for and hour and they never show up, I left with out my car. This is the worst service ever.

My car is still waiting on a pice and I was told the car was done. I don't know when it will be in. I then will have to return with the car once the piece comes in. Besides that it is a great job with the paint.

I am dissatisfied with the quality of the repair and the time it took to complete the repairs. I am also dissatisfied with the unprofessional communication skills of some of the receptionists who answered my repeated phone calls.
