When my camaro went in to be repaired I had a small defect in the cover of my shifter knob. I have been driving with this same defect for over a year and it never got worse. When my daughter picked up the car she called and said the shift knob cover was almost off all together. When my daughter took the car back she was told it was like that when the car arrived, but when she said it was not five star said they would need to go back to the photos of when the car arrived. When five star discover the shift knob cover damage occurred while the car was in their possession they offered to pay for half to replace the knob which was fine with me. My concern is one of five star's employees was driving my car so hard as to cause that much damage to the shift knob cover when I had been driving so long with the minor damage that was there when the car arrived.

I really appreciated that my van was done so quickly. The staff was very patient with me when I expressed concerns regarding the time it might take.
