My car window does not roll up and down correctly. When I came to pick up my car the door shook every time I closed it. It had to be adjusted. I will have to get the window fixed. I am sadly disappointed. Benny was friendly and helpful.

The service was gold once I brought my car in. I appreciated the text updates. The only complaint that I have is that the AAA agent was rude to me over the phone. I had a question before I decided to bring my car in. When he found out that Geico was my insurance provider he blew me off saying, "I have a customer right now," as if I was not important. I was going to take my car elsewhere after that phone call, but the other shop that I was considering was closed at the time, and I wanted to bring my car in the following day. Other than that, the service was fine.I had a question about my paint job and would have liked to speak to the technician sooner, but I was given the receptionist (who obviously couldn't answer my question). All in all I am happy with my car, but the service can improve a bit. :)

From the moment I arrived I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. You stayed in touch with me via handy text messages. I felt Paradise really cared about the quality of work done on my car and was especially impressed you made sure Toyota supplied the correct 'skin' to replace on the door you repaired requiring them to come over to your shop and look at the bad fit on the first 'skin' they sent over. Your team did an amazing job in fixing the dent in my car and even touched up a small ding that was not part of the quote. I really apritiat that your team went above and beyond and pays attention to small details. And the car was given back to me washed and detailed, an extra treat. Thank you very much for making this otherwise stressful situation much easier to cope with.

If a car comes in for repair make sure to clean it better so you can identify areas that need repair. You may not see an issue if a car has dirt in the damaged area.

Benny the service manager was awesome. All the work that was done by Paradise Chevrolet was VERY satisfactory. Geico was a different story.

Worst experience I have had with a shop. They accidently sanded part of My trunk and refused to fix it because they would have to paint the whole trunk to fix it. So they just smeared some clear coat on it. They also have no idea how to blend paint they chipped the paint they just put in the car and also refuse to fix it. I should have left my car damaged it looked better than it Does now.
