They delivered the car with the turning like broken. When I called them, they ignored my request. I had to call geico and complained avoit the situation. As of today, i haben’t been able to use the car. No one cares. I won’t ever bring my car to this shop.

The original estimate for the repairs was for July 31. I understand that delays can occur, and was ok with my car not being ready to take on vacation August ****. I was told that my car would be ready when I returned a week later. However, when we returned to pick up the car, we were told that the after market parts didn’t fit, and the new parts were to arrive the next day. It seemed odd to me that the experts working on my car couldn’t tell that the parts didn’t fit right but the GEICO guy would not approve it.
The car looks great - but I question the process.
I also found the text updates frustrating, as they were not accurate.
I don’t need to be contacted, I just want to give feedback for you to consider with your future customers. Thank you.

The quality of the work was not acceptable due to using aftermarket parts that did not fit properly. Instead of repairing or replacing a rim that was damaged as indicated by the estimate / insurance adjuster, the wheel was moved to a different side of the car in an attempt to prevent me from seeing the damage. As a result, I refused acceptance of the vehicle.

My experience would be classified as excellent but for one minor item. When the new hood was installed, I believe that the mechanic did not connect my windshield washer as it doesnt work. I am sure it is a very easy fix and I need to bring the car back to have it fixed. If I knew how to do it I would take care of it myself. I will give a call tomorrow to determine when I can come in. Thanks for the otherwise excellent service

They messed my whole car up they left paint splattered without an even finish and cracked my windshield and refuse to take ownership of their horrible job.
