I was completely satisfied with the National Wide Auto repare. When I dropped my car at their shop they acted so quickly with in two days my car was completely done . The care looks great and new . The employees are so nice and welcoming. They talks to everyone in a social manner. Therefore, I recommends every single person on earth to take his or her to Nation Wide for a reparations.

NOT SATISFIED AT ALL. You didn't even touch or repair the problem I came for and contacted my insurance for in the first place, I made you and my insurance aware that my car is NOT safe to drive with this problem. it's your repair team and my Geico insurance are completely responsible for scamming me yesterday 01-09-2019 and fraudly charged me $500 deductible without fixing and repairing the damage which is against my insurance policy. An official complaint will be filed immediately against you and against Geico Insurance and will be communicated to the right Related departments. SHAME ON YOU, YOUR BUSINESS IS NOT APPRECIATED.

Overall vey satisfied with the repair and experience. Truck was washed and interior was cleaned. Only negative was the parking. It was insane at this location in Schaumburg.
