I was a little disappointed with the repair taking longer than initially estimated but the communication from the employees at the shop was amazing. Judy was absolutely fantastic and kept me informed every day. My car door looks like nothing happened and they even detailed my car which was desperately needed! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

Not happy with the service at all. My SUV was promised to be fixed based in updates by the 10th October 2016 then it was stated that the liner by the wheel well was ordered wrong as in the wrong size or the wrong one came in. Got a call again today that my SUV was ready for pick up only to have deficiencies with the paint and two small dots on the left side of the bumper as well as paint that clearly showed that the paint ran. Now my bumper has to be buffed out and re-sprayed. Clearly not happy with the service and rest assured I will not recommend anybody to use Mach **** for any repairs. This is a job that should have taken no more than 3 days based on the bumper that has now taken **** whole week. A QA,QC should be in place to spot these issues before the cistomer gets there to view the workmanship that was done and it is pretty evident that this was not the case in my vehicle getting inspected, if it were is was surely missed Customer Service was great and was in place by your two wonderful receptionist where I had to point these issues out. If am paying for a job or at least a 500.00 deductible you can bet am gonna look for the perfect job. Mistakes are made from time to time I get that because we are human but now I have to waste my time in getting something that should have been fixed the first time.... I am one disgruntled customer. I dislike the dealerships because they charge too much and I like dealing with smaller companies who have a good reputation, but this is not the case. I should have followed my heart and brought my vehicle to the actual dealership just up the street as in Mike Reed for my GMC ????
