Went to pick up the car after repair work. Except the windshield had not been replaced. So I had to come back four hours later. Not a big deal since I had the day off but would’ve been a bigger deal if I didn’t have a ride from someone and had not had the day off. Other than that satisfied.

The subcontractor who performed wheel repair reinserted the valve stem incorrectly. The air leakage caused the tire to deflate. The tire pressure monitor did not detect the leakage and gave an incorrect reading, but the tire was noticeably underinflated compared to the other tires and the car’s handling was affected — I felt it immediately. At a minimum, a cursory visual inspection should have caught the problem, prevented a safety issue.
Fortunately, I did not go out on the highway and was able to get the tire repaired quickly.
With this exception, I was highly satisfied with my car repair — especially beating the original time estimate by two days — and will continue to recommend Briggs as I have in the past.

Although Sarah who i dealt with was very nice and always told me what was going on with my vehicle, I was unhappy with the shop keeping my vehicle for 2 and a half months as well as I never got updates regarding my vehicle. I always had to call to the shop to see what was going on. Every time I called to check in I was always told they had to order another part and waiting for the part to come. I would call again and it was the same thing as they had to order another part and etc. like I said I was pleased when I would call in and Sarah was very nice and gave me the break down. I just feel like this could’ve been handled better and better customer service
