It was extremely helpful to me that Conrads kept me informed about what was wrong with my car and how long the repair would take. My questions were handled in a straightforward and patient way. When I needed something I'd forgotten to take with me that was still in the car, everyone I dealt with made me feel welcome there and like I was a guest, not a nuisance.
