I sincerely appreciate your offer to touch up additional minor paint scratches along with the more major repairs. However, the touch ups are extremely noticeable, and unfortunately they will likely not be acceptable when I turn in my lease. I will likely now have to pay more to undo what was done and redo it. The paint does not match. It is translucent. It is not the same thickness. It is lumpy and extends beyond the scratches. Again I appreciate your offer and efforts, but in retrospect after seeing the results, I would have preferred an approach that produced a much higher quality result. I was not planning to provide unsolicited feedback, but since you asked me, I want to be honest.

I don’t think anything was really done to get rid of the smell and they did not shampoo the carpets or mats or even clean the seats

Car floor was muddy. Boot prints leading up to car door were a perfect match to the ones inside. Smelled damp like windows were left down in the rain which would explain the muddy boot prints. One spot of old damage (on the same bumper as new damage) was sanded and repainted (which I appreciate ) but half of the scratch was left. Just wonder why not finish the paint stroke?

Amazing work was done to restore a tresured car to it's original beauty. I thank Chris **** and Greg Williams for achieving this in record time. A smooth running organization from the minute I walked in the door. All was in place within three hours after the collision. Thank you GEICO.

Cosmetically the outside of the car is pretty good, but our right rear seat will not fold down into the floor. We will be returning the car for additional repairs to the interior back of the car.

I requested to have other work done that i expected to pay for separately, and was told to go elsewhere, when it should not have been so costly as the repair people were removing the inter door parts anyway. I requested a separate quote, and was never contacted as to what it would cost. Now i have to be inconvenienced again, by not having a car while work is being done, and you.lost that business.
