I was very much pleased with the attentiveness when I returned the rental and having all my belongings removed and placed into my own car that looked like a brand new car and smelled like it was brand new also. So shiny! The ladies in the office were very pleasant to talk with and I loved the cute little goodie bag they gave me. How cute! The cookie was delicious!
