The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of fantastic and seamless. It's been abiut 8 years since I last had to utilize an auto body repair shop, which that experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. This time around, everyone there made this experience as easy and less stressful than I could ever have imagined, going above my expectations. Working in the insurance field myself, it's refreshing to know that while we never plan to be in a car accident, that there are A establishments like yours. If I ever need to utilize an auto body repair shop ever again, or if any of my peers, family or friends need to, your establishment will be first on my list. Everyone was super friendly and helpful when I dropped my car off. The email updates were a great help with knowing what was exactly being done and gave me a good estimate on when I could expect to pick up my car. When I returned to pickup my car after all work was completed, I was created with the same positive energy and even received a nice gift bag full of various goodies, including touch-up paint for my car. Overall, the experience was beyond pleasant. I would recommend AMAP Collision to anyone needing repairs.
