The full service nature is convenient with the insurer and rental car support onsite.
The rep we worked with was informative and professional. So much so that we also had repaired damage from an old back bumper and tail light accident that wasn’t covered by the insurance claim that paid for fixing the front bumper accident.
Also staff was tops in keeping me updated on the repair progress.

I was satisfied with the service. On the first day when I dropped off my car, however, the Geico attendant told me that he would let the rental car employee know that I was waiting. After waiting more than 30 minutes, the Enterprise person saw me and had no idea I was waiting for her. I didn't go in because it looked like she was with a customer which she said later she wasn't. A slight miscommunication here cost me a bit of extra time.
