You should have a choice of YES - NO - or Mostly...which is what we would have chosen. Joseph Lahdo was friendly - informative and gave me updates as he had them. I was thoroughly satisfied with that since the car was in the shop beginning 3-12 - and I just picked up this past Friday 4-5. I know he did his best to get my car back to me at earliest possible time since he had problems locating "correct" parts for the 2006 model. You've got a good group of people working there - they should be commended for their ability to work with all types of customers....Overall - a good experience...thanks.
