The estimator at Honda dealer was very helpful. However, the quality of the repair was not satisfactory. There were a couple of visible scratches on the back pumper, which were not there before I sent the car to the shop. When I sent the car to the shop, I was promised that after the repair, the car would look just like new. But it had fallen off the promise, and I was greatly disappointed. Although the dent was repaired, the scratches were new from the repair! The shop should have used a new pumper if they cannot repair it. I had thought of sending it back to have it redone. However, I have two young children. It was a lot of hassle to move things, especially the bulky car seats, back and forth. So I have to take it as it is now. However, if I had known things eventually turned out like this, I would have sent my car to another shop.
